Collective Haul - H&M & Thrifted

Hello everyone!

After two cooking posts, I´m back with a haul!

I bought some nice pieces which were really awesome bargains as well! Hope you´ll like it!

On Friday, I went to H&M and I found some really nice things. First, I got this shirt with different coloured flowers on it. I love the light material and the colours are perfect for spring/summer. I got it for 10€!

I also got this awesome white blouse with beautiful coloured flowers on it. I´m in the mood for flowers right now because I think they will go perfectly with the spring or summer! This blouse has an awesome fit and I love the collar! It got it for about 25€.

These chunky black booties are from H&M as well. I bought them in exchange for my other platform boots from H&M which last quite a long time, but now, they are really run down. I already saw those new ones a month ago and they were 40€ which is quite pricy for H&M shoes. On friday, surprise, on sale for 5€!!

I got this huge scarf at my local thrift store for only 1€! I like the print on it and its forest colours. It goes well with my winter coat and other winter or autumn items.

I also got this black leather waist belt for 2€! I love the chunky golden buckle and its croco print. I combine it on top of my caramel coloured winter coat to accentuate my waist.

This royal blue shoulder bag only cost 2.50€! I like its shape, size and the golden hardware.

Last week, I dyed and cut my hair, so I wanted to keep the healthiness of my hair by using this wounder oil by Garnier. You can use it after you washed your hair to facilitate the combing or occasionally to make your hair smooth and shiny. It was about 7€.

Each month I buy the InStyle - Magazine. I really love its layout, trend watch and photoshoots. This month, they enclosed an extra magazine with street styles, fashion people´s outfits and the newst trends.

I hope you enjoyed my haul and I hope you will stay tuned for more blog posts!

Let´s Bake Again... Juicy Orange Cake!

Hello everyone!

Hope you all had a fantastic week!
Mine was quite nice but I´m happy that it´s weekend now!

Recently, I am in the mood for cooking and baking, so I tried a new cake recipe which I´m going to show you now step by step.

Ingredients:

3-4 organic oranges
75g dark chocolate
170g shortening or butter
150g sugar
salt
3 eggs
180g flour
50g starch
2 tsp. baking powder
3 table spoon citron juice
75g sugar powder

1. Grate 3 tsp. of orange paring and chop the chocolate.

2.  Cut 2 or 3 oranges into thin slices.

3. Mix sugar, orange paring, shortening and a pinch of salt together and whisk it for about 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and creamy.

4. Put in the eggs one after another and whisk again.

5. Stir in the flour, starch, baking powder and chocolate. Everything should be mixed up very well.

6. Put the dough into the baking tray and place your sliced oranges on top. Bake the cake in the preheated oven on 170°C for about 30min.

7. In the meantime, you can prepare the icing by mixing 50ml orange juice with the citron juice and the sugar powder.
Right after you took the cake out of the oven, you have to stick tiny holes in it and pour the icing on top of the cake. Now, you have to let the cake cool down until you can serve it with whipped cream.

Hope you enjoyed this easy but delicious cake recipe!

Next time, I will post a collective haul, so stay tuned!

Let´s bake some Macarons! ♥

Hello everyone!

On Saturday, my best friend and I, we decided to bake some macarons!

You should know that I tried it several times in the past but it never ended that good... It´s really hard to make them look like they are from a French pastry shop!

I just loooove these little colorful sweet French pastries, so we thought, we try our best for this time!

Now, I will show you step by step what you have to do to get your selfmade yummy macarons!

Ingredients:

200g powdered almonds
200g sugar powder
75ml water
200g fine sugar
2x80g egg white
1/2 vanilla bean
a colour/colours of your choice

buttercream:

200g butter
140g sugar powder
160g powdered almonds
1/2 vanilly bean

1. Mix the almonds and powder sugar together and sieve it.

2. Bring the sugar and the water to a boil and let it heat up to 110°C.

3. Beat 80g of your egg white until it´s stif. When your sugar sirup reach 115°C, let the sirup run it your beaten egg white and mix all together until it´s cold.

4. Mix the remain egg white with your sugar-almond-mixture to get a smooth paste. Add the vanilla pulp.

5. Fold the egg white in the almond-sugar-paste until you get a smooth dough.

6. Add the colour! We decided to colour our macarons in a cute pastel minty blue, so we put some green and blue drops of food colouring into the dough.

7. Heat your oven up to 150°C and let your macarons bake for 14 minutes! The baking time can diversify because of different sizes of the dough rounds.

After baking, let it cool down, in the meantime, you can prepare the buttercream!

8. Mix butter, sugar powder, vanilla and almonds together to get a smooth paste, We also added some colour!

9. Put equal and equal togeher and place a little bit of buttercream between the two and you get your macarons, the recipe says around 40!

Here is our finished result! They look quite nice and taste awesome!

Hope you also will try out this recipe!

Primark Haul!~

Hello everyone!

Yesterday, I went to Primark for the first time and I was some kind of shocked because that store was really  crowded! I suspected it, but in reality it was absolutely crazy!

Anyway, I bought some nice pieces which I´m going to show you now!

First, I saw this awesome ethno printed knitted cardigan in neon colours. I love the colour combination and its material. It´s perfect for spring and I only paid 7€ (18€)!

I saw this dress on the clothes rail and I immediately I fell in love with it, the problem was that there were only big sizes left, like it´s typical for Primark... I almost ended my shopping and I saw this dress in a bunch of different clothes in my size! I love the lace details on the front and I only paid 7€!

I also found this nice top for only 6€! I love the print and the colours on it. Great for summer!

I found those two pairs of tights which I really like. The khaki ones are a litte thinner and were only 2€! The red ones are made of an thicker material with stripes in it. I got them for only 3€.

I really like this headband I got for only 1€! It looks great and elegant with a ponytail and casual with loose hair.

In the belt section, I got those two waistbelts. The black one has rose gold hardware which I really like (3€). The burgundy red one has an elastic part which looks really pretty (3€).

For jewellry, I got this bunch of bracelets for 3€. They´re nice for summer and I can wear them seperately with other bracelets I own.

Those bracelets look really cool and edgy when they are worn together. Great jewellry for only 3€!

Last but not least, I went to Mango because I searched for a simple black high waisted skirt and I actually found one in sale for only 15€!

Hope you enjoyed my haul!
Have a great week!
