Brand Watch: innisfree

Hello everyone!

I´m finally back with a little review on a innisfree nailpolish I got during my Korea trip in summer.

The innisfree shops can be compared to "The Body Shop" which we have here. All the products that they are selling, are on natural and organic bases.

So, also the nail polishes are all natural and without chemical essences.

I bought a petrol blue one, because the colour is such a unique and trendy one for fall.
Their nail polishes are really cheap as well, so I paid around 2€ for it!
Normally, nail polish smells really weird, but not that one. It got a pleasant fruity smell which I also really like!

P.S. Have a nice day and awesome Halloween!

Autumn Collective Haul and a Furniture Tip

Hello everyone!

I´m back with a little collective haul!
It´s autumn already! I love this season with all its beautiful colours!

Last weekend I went to Strasbourg to go shopping and I found some cool things. I also bought some stuff at ebay and got some vintage pieces, too!

Today, I went to a fleamarket. In a big box with a lot of jewellery, I found this nice chunky choker like necklace. I love the combination of gold and that beautful coral. I only paid 1€!

In France, I went to Zara and found this awesome coat! I love its fit and its elegant design. It was kind of expensive, I paid 130€, but it´s totally worth it.

I also went to Kiko which is an italian make-up brand. There, I found this awesome nude colour with a apricot touch. I paid 2.50€!

This nailpolish is really awesome! It´s a black colour with tiny lilac sprinkles in it. Absolutely awesome for autumn/winter for only 1€!

On ebay, I found this awesome chunky vintage belt from England! I got it for only 14€ including shipping. I had to bring it to a cobbler who made some more holes in it, so it fit me perfectly.

I also got two maxi skirts from an ebay shop in China. The black one was about 5€ and I got the red one for around 7€. They are slightly different as I wanted them to be, but after I washed and ironed them, they are good to go.

As furniture tip, I want to show you my new couch I got from Ikea. I love its simple but stylish design! I decorated it with some vintage pillows I got at a thrift store!

Hope you´ll all have a great weekend and a great beginning of next week!

Love, Julia.

Japan & South Korea 1 Month Trip!

Hello everyone!

As promised, I will show you some photos I took during my trip in August!

I visited Japan for almost 3 weeks and South Korea for 2 weeks.
It was the first time I flew and I was a bit nervous before the first take off.
But, my anxiety flew by as we reached the highest point.
We flew to Vienna, Austria first and then continued to Japan.
The flight was really calm but really long, almost 12 hours!

After 2 weeks in Japan, we drove by speed boat from Fukuoka to Busan, South Korea within 3 hours.

After that stay, we headed back to Tokyo by plane for a few more days in Japan before we started our journey home!

Here are some pictures to give you a little glimpse of what I saw!

We drove the Ferris Wheel by night which was awesome!

Japan & South Korea Haul!

Hello everyone!

Today, I´m going to show you my shoppings finds I bought during my 4 week trip to Japan and South Korea.

I´m really excited because among those purchases, there are a lot of very special and awesome bargains!

Hope you´ll like them, too!

One day, we visited Himeji, a touristic town where you can visit the huge and beautiful Himeji Castle. There we went through some shopping arcades and I found this girly dress. I love its combination in colours and I only paid 20€ which is cheap for japanese clothing.

We also went to Forever 21 and I found this chunky bangle with a two leopard head closure. It´s a great statement piece and I paid around 12€ for it.

On our last day in Japan, we went to Harajuku and Omotesando. We walked through the streets where High End designers had their flagship stores. There, we went to Tokyu Plaza which is a new department store for young people. There, I got those earrings which I really like. They represent THAT japanese style to me! Afterwards, we went to La Foret which is another department store for the younger generation. All of the japanese lolita and visual kei fashion brands have their stores in one part of the mall. In another part, I got this bangle in a little second hand store. Last but not least, we danderd through Takeshita Dori in Harajuku which is a meeting point for all the young people with an eccentric japanese style. There I got this awesome black faux leather platform boots. I love the design and its fit!

I got this beautiful smaragd green ring and those flower patterned short in a little vintage boutique in Gyeongju which is a town in the south east of South Korea.

Love the colour of the ring and its vintage charme. The shorts fit very well and they were not that expensive.

I got those beautiful earrings in a little shop, near our housing in Seoul, where only handcrafted jewellery was sold. I love the design, it´s chic but simple.

In Insadong, which is a trendy but traditional neighbourhood in Seoul, I got those handmade jewellery which exists only once! The nice shop owner made the jewellery herself and designd those earrings consistent with the bracelet just for me!

In Gyeongju, we visited the Gyeongju Folk Village, where tourists can get a glimpse of what the traditional handcraft is about.

There, I bought this blue green jade ring. I love its special colour and that I only paid 6€ for it!

Hope you´d enjoyed my collective asian haul and got a sneak peak of what japanese and korean fashion is about!

Next time I will show you some pictures I took during our stay in Asia.

Julia ♥
