Outfit For Tomorrow - 13/02/2015

Hallo!

Zunächst vielleicht einmal ein kleines Uni-Update: Die Klausuren sind alle geschrieben und so neigt sich das Semester schon wieder dem Ende zu, das ging wirklich flott! 

Bis auf eine kleine Hausarbeit, habe ich nun zwei Monate unifrei, in denen ich, zurück in der Heimat, viel unternehmen, eventuell ein bisschen reisen und die Zeit genießen kann!

Aber nun zum eigentlichen Thema dieses Blogposts: Mein morgiges Outfit! Ich habe wieder einen Look zusammengestellt, der mich warm durch den Tag bringen soll, da das Wetter leider immer noch nicht umgeschlagen hat. 

Hier und da blitzt die Sonne hervor und Vögel zwitschern und das lässt erahnen, dass der Frühling womöglich bald schon vor der Tür stehen wird! ;)

At first, just a quick uni update: The exams are all wrote and the semester is over, that first one went really fast!

Except of a little paper I have to write, I have two months without any uni, so I will go home and enjoy my freetime!

But now, back to business: My outfit for tomorrow! I again created a look which should keep me warm because it´s still very cold.

Sometimes the sun shines through the clouds and there are some birds tweeting. That adumbrates that spring maybe is just around the corner! ;)

In weniger als einer Woche ist es wieder so weit: die Pärchen unter uns machen sich zu einem gemeinsamen Date auf, verbringen einen schönen Abend zu zweit und machen sich gegenseitig kleine Geschenkchen, denn dann ist der alljährliche Valentinstag!

Auch wenn dieser Tag für viele, auch für mich, muss ich gestehen, nur eine Erfindung der Konsumgesellschaft Amerika ist, das Beisammensein kann man gerne auch an einem anderen Tag feiern! ;)

Da auch hier langsam aber sicher die Kälte angekommen ist, muss meine geliebte Rock-Strumpfhosen-Kombi leider weichen und dicke Jeans müssen her!

Dazu ein warmer Pullover, ein kuschliger Schal und mein Oversize-Mantel und das winterliche Outfit ist perfekt!

It´s getting colder and colder here, so I had to change my skirt-tights-combo into some thicker jeans!

I combined a cozy sweater, a soft scarf and my oversize coat to create a winter look which keeps me snugly warm!

Mal wieder sind zwei Wochen ohne einen Post von mir vergangen, doch heute gibt es endlich was neues zu sehen!

Da in letzter Zeit eher Rezepte und Lifestyle-Themen die Überhand hatten, habe ich heute wieder etwas fashion-lastiges für euch - ein Outfit aus der Reihe "How To Style"!

Seit Oktober studiere ich und habe seither meinen Style ein wenig verändert. Klare Schnitte und Farben und wenig Schnick-Schnack und Muster prägen meine Outfits.

There were some recipes and lifestyle posts lately, so I´m going to show you an outfit one today!

Back in October, I moved to another city for studying and since then, my style changed a little. Simple cuts and colours and less patterns shape my outfits.

Recipe: Fennel-Pasta-Bake with Parmesan

Hallo!

Als ich mein neues vegetarisches Kochbuch durchgeblättert habe, ist mir dieses Rezept ganz besonders aufgefallen - Fenchel-Pasta-Auflauf!

In leicht abgeänderter Form zeige ich euch heute, wie ihr dieses Gericht ganz schnell und einfach nachkochen könnt! ;)

Die Zutaten:

2 Fenchelknollen

(optional: 1 kleines Stück Zucchini und Karotte)

3 Frühlingszwiebeln

150ml Gemüsebrühe

etwas Sahne

eine handvoll Parmesan

Pasta

Olivenöl

Salz/Pfeffer/Nelkenpulver

So geht´s:

Pasta kochen, währenddessen das Gemüse in kleine Stücke schneiden, in Olivenöl anbraten und schmoren bis es fast zerfällt.

Anschließend zu dem Gemüse ca. 150ml Gemüsebrühe geben und mit Salz, Pfeffer und einer Prise Nelkenpulver abschmecken. Am Schluss einen guten Schuss Sahne unterrühren und bei Seite stellen.

Nun die gekochten Nudeln zusammen mit der Gemüsesauce in eine Auflaufform geben und mit Parmesan bestreuen. Das Ganze bei ca. 200°C 15min im Ofen überbacken lassen.

Nach dem Anrichten mit etwas Parmesan und dem Fenchelgrün servieren.

While running over the pages of my new vegetarian cook book, I noticed this lovely recipe - fennel-parmesan-pasta!

I changed the recipe a little and today, I´m going to show you how to cook this dish easily and quick! ;)

The ingredients:

2 fennel

(optional: a piece of zucchini and carrot)

3 spring onions

150ml vegetable stock

some cream

a handful of parmesan

pasta

olive oil

salt/pepper/clove powder

That´s how it´s cooked:

Cook the pasta and chop the veggies in the meantime. Let them cook in some olive oil until they are squashy.

Add the vegetable stock and season with salt, pepper and clove powder. Add cream, stir and put the pan aside.

Put the cooked noodles together with the veggie sauce into a casserole and sprinkle some parmesan on top.

Let the dish bake for about 15min and 200°C until the cheese is golden brown.

After arranging on the plate, add some parmesan and fennel green.

OOTD - 31.12.2014/01.01.2015 - Happy New Year!

Hallo und frohes neues Jahr!

Schon wieder hat ein neues Jahr begonnen und wie jedes Jahr, habe ich auch dieses Mal mein Silvester-Outfit für euch!

Wie in meinem letzten Post vorhergesagt, kann man an diesem Abend gerne mal auftrumpfen und mit Gold und Silber um die Wette strahlen.

Den Schmuck habe ich auf eine zarte Kette und Ringe reduziert. Leichte Wellen in den Haaren machen den Look etwas weicher.

As I said in my last post, you can sparkle on that night, so wear some gold and silver, so I did!

I kept the jewelry quite simple, so I only wore a delicate necklace and some rings. Soft waves make the look less strong.
