How To Style: Plaid Coat

Hallo!

Hello!

Winter is calling! Now, the days are shaped by a cold wind, rain and occasionaly snow. It´s time to throw on some extra warm clothes again!

A winterly, warm coat is probably the best way to stand the cold. In combination with a fluffy sweater, chunky boots, some faux-leather shorts and edgy accessories, your look isn´t just perfect for the wintertime but also stylish!

#KoreanCuisine - Bibimbap

Hallo!

Lecker!

1 Tasse Reis
Gemüse nach Wahl:
1/2 Zucchini
1 kleine Karotte (hier: Urkarotte)
1/2 Paprika
5 Rosenkohlröschen
1/2 handvoll eingelegter Sellerie (optional: mit Chilli würzen)
1 Ei
1 EL Gochujang-Paste
1 EL Sojasoße
1 El Sesamöl
1 Knoblauchzehe
Salz

Fertig!

Hello!

"Bibimbap" is one of my favourite Korean dishes and the dish I order the most when I´m at the restaurant.
For my series #KoreanCuisine, I recooked this simple yet so delicious and healthy recipe and voilá, here is the result! Yummy!

1 cup of rice
Veggies of your choice:
1/2 a zucchini
1 little carrot
1/2 a bell pepper
5 Brussels sprouts
1/2 a cup of pickled celery (optional: seasoned with chilli)
1 egg
1 tablespoon gochujang paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 garlic glove
salt

1) Wash the rice and let it cook in salt water for about 15min.
2) Prepare your sauce in the meantime! Mix the gochujang paste with the soy sauce, sesame oil and minced garlic.
3) Chop the veggies thinly, season with salt and cook them seperately in some oil. After that, cook the egg with the sunny side up.
4) Put the rice into a bowl, garnish the vegetables around and add the egg on top.
5) Add the sauce to taste, mix well and enjoy traditionally with a spoon. Done!

#KoreanCuisine - Veggie Japchae (Stir-Fried Glassnoodles)

Hallo!

250g Glasnudeln
Gemüse nach Wahl:
2 Karotten
1 kleine Aubergine
1 kleine rote Paprika
2 Frühlingszwiebeln
2 Knoblauchzehen
3 EL Sojasoße
2 EL Sesamöl
1 EL Sesam
Salz/Pfeffer
Sonnenblumenöl
optional: 100g Rindfleisch (traditionelles Rezept)

Fertig!

Hello!

It´s time for another round of my new series #KoreanCuisine! Today, I´m going to show you a quick and easy and super healthy noodle dish which you can prepare for larger groups, like they do in Korea, or you just cook it for yourself for a delicious dinner! And for those of you who don´t like spicy food, there´s no chilli in it! So, let´s start!

250g glass noodles
Veggies of your choice:
2 carrots
1 little eggplant
1 little red bell pepper
2 spring onions
2 garlic gloves
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame
salt/ pepper
vegetable oil
optional: 100g beef (traditional recipe)

1) Cut all your vegetable thinly and stir-fry in oil-
2) In the meantime, cook the noodles, cut them shorter with scissors and season with 1 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoons sesame oil, so they don´t stick together.
3) Add the cooked veggies and the minced garlic to the noodles. Mix with the remaining soy sauce and sesame oil and add the sesame. Season with salt and pepper. Done!
